"Expressive Urban Art"

A series of urban designs, created as a final year project for a Textile Design course.
I was aiming for an industrial, yet vibrant look. The designs are inspired by my surroundings, and they are based on my own photographs of everyday things such as buildings, graffiti, traffic signs, trash, close-ups of scratches and other details. Things that we don't even notice on an everyday basis. I wanted to turn something random into a piece of art.
